Dee St. Cyr is as fierce about advancing Native American people as her tribal name, Bear Woman, implies.
She focuses those efforts particularly on helping Native Americans gain access to higher education and Indian business people — “Indianpreneurs” — to build strong, successful companies. Toward those ends, she works with several universities and chairs the board of the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce (RMICC) of Denver.
